McSherrystown Borough Meeting Participation Request

Residents may submit items for consideration by the president of the council to be added to a future agenda by sending the request to the Borough Manager at least 1 week prior to the scheduled council meeting.  

If you would like to submit a request or a request to be heard by council on a specific subject matter during public comment, simply send an email with your name and address, the specific subject matter you'd like to discuss and when you'd be available to attend a meeting.  

If you do not have access to electronic mail, you may still submit your request by placing it in an envelope into the drop slot of the Borough office OR by dropping it off during the Borough's office hours.   

Your request will be considered and if added to the agenda you will be notified by phone or email.
